    Hitachi soundbar 2.1

    Remote flimsy but functional. .sound quality is excellent, Subwoofer poweeful. .I used HDMI (not supplied). Pairing was simple although you do need to be comfortable with your TV's settings and how to navigate them.

    Doesn't perform as I would expect

    Bought this soundbar 3 weeks ago. Not really impressed with this as I would of expected. I would do thought a better clear alter the sound a lot better than it has. Would I buy another, yes but not here I personally would go to a shop a listen and ask the questions before you buy. My fault, I will in future.

    Subwoofer issues

    Generall quite good - the ARC works well and can switch between being a soundbar hub and a tv hub with remote and autoswitch (you dont have to have all usb in TV or all usb in soundbar) Big issue is when bass levels are low the bass box keeps switching in and out with a weird fluttering - it sounds really bad and tbh makes the sysytem pretty useless as it id supposed to improve sound. I have seen this in a second hand one and a brand new one so suspect its a design issue

    Excellent quality and sound ONLY thing that lets it down is the power saving mode switches off when low audio a pain otherwise I would give it 5 star's
