    Requested a return. The insoles I received smelt of an unpleasant (maybe) chemical dye (?), which wasn't evenly coating one of the insoles (as photo)... I was issued a prepaid return label and received a full refund within 24 hours of their return. However, no apology... Sad really, as their communication was good when I reported that they were late arriving. I personally wouldn't use them again, as these were clearly factory seconds (not mentioned in listing) and for a premium price too :0}
