Poorly packaged items both damaged in transit (Evri: no surprise!), and as one other customer said in feedback here, bottles were missing stop-lock on the nozzle as would usually be present when new. I contacted the seller and he processed a full refund immediately. Excellent, professional communication, but substandard packaging, questionable condition of items, and everyone - buyer and seller - let down by Evri’s handling. Not for the first time did I wince when I saw ‘Evri delivery’…
