    Bristan quality product

    This does exactly what you would expect from a thermostatic tap and allows for a cheaper bathroom upgrade than having to have a full thermostatic shower installed. My only negative is that the position of the shower hose connector means the shower hose is right next to the bath waste but this is a very minor point given how many issues this tap unit solves. I recommend it.

    good mostly

    I had this installed for my lodgers benefit. She commented that the maximum temperature was too coll so I checked it using a calibrated digital thermometer and found it was set cooler than the manufacurer's stated 38 degrees. I adjusted it (not difficult), but was a little disappointed the manufacturer had not set it correctly.

    Excellent but temperature needed adjusting.

    The mixer is good and works well. The initial maximum temperature setting was not very warm but it was easy to adjust. The dimensions were a few millimetres different but that was not a problem.
