I wrote a number of times, sent attachments with dress received, I filed a complain with eBay, asked for a refund, NOTHING. Absolutely no reply, apologies, refund. Buyer Beware. Seller is incredibly unprofessional. Item was ordered and no shipping was updated for over a week. I reached our directly to the seller via their in profile phone number to enquire about shipping. They hung up on me and refused to answer a subsequent call. The next day the order was cancelled on their end with no explanation. Apparently they went on vacation after my order was placed and just didn't care enough to handle anything.
