Delivered on time, packaged well. Same as another reviewer, I have chairs from M&S that had stick-on felt pads that came off after a week. So I replaced them with these. Just a tip: I drilled a small hole about 5 mm with a small drill same size as the nail in the chair leg, then tap the nail in with a "soft" hammer. ( I stuck one of the pads taken off the chair on to the hammer head ). Worked a treat. Realy pleased with the outcome. Great product. 5*****
