    The vacuum bags were as described and appear to be good quality though I haven’t used them yet. I was sent the wrong bags at first but following my contact with the company I was sent another set which got lost and so another set was sent - which I received. Though this happened I can’t fault the prompt and polite customer service. I would definitely use this company again.

    Unfortunately they used Evri who refused to deliver to me during the hottest day of the month! After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.
