Boots came in plastic bag, no box. Absolutely no size indicators anywhere on the boot what so ever.
They didn’t fit (who could tell what size it was) and didn’t want to give me a full refund. Jerked me around for a while. When I threatened them with going to eBay long story sort, I had to cut up the boots and send them a picture of it to get a refund. These guys are a joke. Do yourself a favor get it somewhere else. My feedback rating speaks for itself.

Took a little time to ship due to long holiday in China. Apparently they do it right. :-)
There was an issue that was resolved amicably and more than fairly. Communication was great. Appreciate good business ethics. Love these coats, wish I had one in every color to match my outfits.
But, be aware that these tend to be snug, especially in the chest and shoulders area.
