I bought this book for my daughter who is in remission for leukemia. It was recommended by her consultant who said that it would answer some of her questions about her condition. She also said it would help her cope with her feelings along with the feelings and stresses caused to herself and friends and family. So far my daughter has had nothing but praise for this book. She had noticed a personality change following her illness and a different outlook on life. This book has explained what to expect and what to do about her mood swings. It has calmed her down and made her realise that what she is going through is just part of the healing process. she now has a more positive outlook on life. She has already recommended it to fellow sufferers.
