As funny as I expected!
I got into Boston Legal towards the end of Series 1, and didn't start watching EVERY episode until about Series three so I had a lot of catching up to do! If you're reading this, it's probably because you know how witty, clever and off the wall Boston Legal is already. Very similar in idea to Ally McBeal, but a lot more accessible to men as well as women. The pilot episode was on this dvd which was really interesting to see where it all started. There are a lot of characters that are not in it currently, and it's fascinating to see how they start to hone the idea of 'Boston Legal' and really develop the characters, getting rid of those that just weren't adding anything along the way. I've not yet seen the special features, but if they're as good as the episodes, I'm in for a real ...
