I had an odd experience with this seller. I ordered 180 rolls of Andrex toilet roll. They didn't arrive, so I raised a case, and the seller said the items were damaged in transit and offered a refund or resend. I chose resend. I then received 90 rolls in two Amazon (?) boxes one day, and another (unboxed) 45 rolls later on. The seller tried to close the case arguing the items had arrived. I explained 45 rolls missing, and received a refund for 180! Very odd as I was happy to pay for the 135!

I then sent the seller a message saying: "I am happy to pay for [75% of what I ordered], if you send me payment details. I am happy to pay 75% of the £68, which is £51." They replied: "Just to let you know your 3 items has been delivered safely and just 1 item is left. Then why you open a case with and get refund of all items. It's really unappropriated not good. Please pay us for 3 items." This is despite it being them who raised the case, and despite me trying to pay them anyway! Bizarre!
