So I raised a return case based on missing items.     Black and Decker BCD700S1K-GB Hammer Drill.

    I bought this combination drill to replace my ageing battery operated hammer drill. The original drill was too bulky and heavy for use as a drill and combined screwdriver. Also the batteries did not last long between charges and took far too long to recharge. This Black and Decker drill is a vast improvment. It is 2/3rds of the size and less than half the weight of my old drill. The batteries are 1/4 of the size and more powerful. The charge lasts longer and recharge time is very good. In use the drill is light and easy to use. It packs a fair amount of power and makes short work of even tough drilling jobs. It is also good in use as a screwdriver with precise speed control and strong torque. The adjustable torque setting is a good feature and avoids overtightening of small screws. In ...

    B&D hand drill

    this drill driver is a small compact size which is ideal for smaller spaces, the only downside is the charging time and the smaller battery. I haven't used the full torque setting on the driver yet and just hope it is up to the job, Nice grip fits in the hand well and is nicely balanced.

    Great product.

    Lightweight and easy to use, battery lasts well. Have used it to drill both brick and wood, no problem. Might struggle on heavier tasks, but great for everyday DIY. A shame no drill bits were included.

    Excellent drill ,bought for a xmas pressie for my hubby but wasn’t here when it arrived and he’d got it out and was putting xmas lights outside as we had never been able to get our other drill into masonry .this drill went through masonry like butter ,and not too heavy either love it .
