All items purchased with the “Local Pickup” shipping option are sold on an ‘as-is’, ‘where is’ basis. Customer is responsible for arranging pickup, delivery, shipping, duties, and all other expenses incurred during pickup. We are not liable for any damage or loss of order once it has been signed over to the customer or it has left our facility. Additional fees may be applicable if the item is not picked up within 21 days. All purchases not picked up are considered abandoned after 91 days and any right to ownership by the consignee is forfeit.

If any of the provisions of the Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
