So, not a fast charger and not 24v either. Rated at 4A @ 12V, as opposed to the 8A stated. Also, the warranty is only 12 months and not 'Lifetime' as stated on the main picture. Pretty sure that once the ebay return window closes, you won't get any joy at all. It has failed to restore a deeply discharged battery and I can only hope it will work as a normal battery charger. On the upside, delivery was fast.
