First packaged arrived Badly Damaged envelope after contact with photos message back was suggesting a animal had gotten to envelope , I only own a Goldfish which i explained , and was sent another message which I thought started rather patronising ,I was making them aware in case they would have forth coming issues with post, any how a replacement was sent in envelope inside a small plastic sealed envelope no issues this time and very grateful of replacement .
