Bit bashed around inside YODEL didn't ring our doorbell which is politely requested by a door plaque on our front door so I hardly heard the courier knock on the door! Heavy rain made my parcel wet and the tape was off the box!! He was ready to leave my parcel out in the rain NOT ringing the bell to alert me. I was threw the back part of the house and couldn't see who was at the door. Hence the reason to ring a bell. Anyway, this is not the first problem I've had with YODEL.
