0 communication from seller after numerous messages sent over a 6 day period to chase up my order as it wasnt dispatched. Seller cancelled order due to cold weather due in a few days however they had ample time to dispatch during the 6 days of warm weather and communicate but neither happened till cancellation. Will not use this seller again. Poor experience

As to the speed of despatch, we reserve the right to handle orders in 3 working days (yours was placed over the weekend) and delay any despatch if the weather is too cold for live tropical plants or snails to travel safely. Top quality plants, definitely will be buying again, the plants seemed to have been delayed by Royal Mail but the seller was extremely reassuring and the plants eventually arrived brilliant packed and extremely healthy!
