After carefully unwrapping the items I ordered, I found that two of the four had multiple parts broken off. After a thorough search of the packages I was able to locate seven of the nine missing pieces (this does not include the piece which was shown to be broken in the item description)
I have ordered and received several other works by Jane Hart from multiple sellers and all arrived intact. I am not looking for a refund but I believe better packaging would have negated this problem. Shame.
