    Fun, but not a very good work out

    I got this dvd to add variety to my work out collection. It is fun and I have done it a few times, but if you are looking for something to give you a good work out this is not it. I wasn't ever even close to being out of breath and didn't really feel like I had worked out after I was done. I did my best to swing my hips and get into hit, but it just didn't do much for me.

    Fun Fun Fun!

    The exercises are amazing and it lets you have fun throughout the entire video. I really recommend this to anyone who is looking for a unique way to exercise. I want to continue doing this episode forever and ever and ever.
