This melancholy late-1970s TV series, based on the Marvel comic book, presents the ongoing story of scientist David Banner (Bill Bixby), who is transformed--by an accident involving high-intensity gamma ray--into the Hulk (Lou Ferrigno), a powerful green-skinned creature, whenever he is angered. His solitary search for a cure to his strange condition is often disrupted by Jack McGee (Jack Colvin), a prying investigative reporter.
