That's on me 100%. As this one was an international purchase, it made it difficult to be able to send the item to them. I refunded their money 2 weeks before the wrong item showed up. I refunded as much as eBay would let me. The difference in price is the buyer's shipping in their own country. There isn't an option to refund that. I did offer to send them the money via Zelle or Venmo. Buyer didn't respond and left a negative.
