    Waiting to use the head bolts. Waiting for parts.

    Only way to go!

    After using torque to yield bolts to the letter I ended up with one leaking set of head gaskets, and one set of broken head bolts on the second round. This full set of bolts is priced the same as the tty bolts. Running the torque sequence on these bolts just felt better. If you've turned many wrenches you know what I mean. If your building a ls motor....this is the only way to go!

    You just can't go wrong with ARP

    I bought this ARP bolt kit for the simple fact of the stock LS3 head bolts are torque to yield bolts. They are only good for one use. Once you take them out, you should throw them away. If I ever need to remove my heads from my engine, all I will need to buy next time is head gaskets and not another bolt set.
