The issue is that I had a problem connecting it to my phone. I contacted Casio Teck support, they told me the Wear OS app that was used for this watch no longer works with the watch. The Teck guy from Casio told be the watch is worthless. I contacted Luxury Items Outlet support and told them of my issue. I asked them if I could exchange it for something else. They told me all sales were final, and to try and sell it on Ebay? Knowing of the issue, they are still selling the this watch.

    Comfortable, Secure Bracelet, keeps exceptionally accurate time.

    One of the most comfortable watches I have ever worn in my 75 years on this earth. To top off that off it keeps accurate time and looks great. It is a watch of exceptional finish and the Rolex I once owned was no better and maybe not quite as nicely finished. The Rolex was a GMT I purchased in 1969 and the bracelet it had was crap and would not stay closed which caused its loss. The Bulova has an exceptionally nice bracelet with secure positive closure.
