The item came promptly and is in perfect condition. The only confusion was that I did not realize 6" display meant the diagonal dimension across the screen rather than the vertical dimension. It might be better to advertise items more precisely.

Item was apparently refurbished but clearly hadn’t been checked before it was dispatched and the item had two clear sections of dead pixels in the middle of the screen which affected the reading experience. Contacted seller and was told they they have lots of these items and offered a refund or 5% discount. A new item would only have been an extra £10-20 so I was very disappointed with the quality. If you’re reconditioning the item check it before it’s sent out!
