Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered a non damaged item and received a damaged one and for absolutely no reason they flat out refused to send a partial refund. The item was listed as ‘new’ even though it most definitely was not. Customer service were unbelievably unhelpful and rather than actually read and reply to messages they would simply copy and paste the company line. Bad products, bad service, total time wasters.

Let me reassure you that we do not follow a script and deal with every inquiry/complaint how we feel fit and on this accession a return for a refund ( which you have refused ) I would like to add that photos of stated condition of the item would of helped a smoother resolution.( which was never received )
