    I HEARD ABOUT THIS SALT'S BENEFITS ...

    ... And if you do your homework, you can read all about that yourself. Seller service / packing for shipment / delivery time all perfect.THANK YOU! I finagled how to grind this coarse salt for use by buying an inexpensive glass screw-top salt shaker, putting about 1" salt in it, and then pounding and grinding it using the round metal handle end of a small hammer I keep on my work table. Works like a charm. And this salt does taste much better to me than run-of-the-mill iodized salt. I'm not your mother, but do heed the advisory that this salt is 100% Natural = it's not iodized = does not provide iodine supplementation. I found an iodine supplement which I now use, so that's that. Aside from doing shadow hand-puppets for you, that's all, folks.
