In the very unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged we will always offer you a full refund, or a replacement wherever possible (dependent on current stock levels).
 
Our delivery courier requires your signature to show that the goods have been received in good condition, as described and fit for the purpose for which they have been sold. You should not provide your signature if the box/packet has been opened and you should refuse it. We are happy to deal with any issues with poor performance from our couriers.
 
In the event of damages becoming apparent after you have already signed for the product's good condition we require in all cases: that you notify us in writing by e-mail with 48 hours of delivery, that you send us photographic evidence of the damage. Acceptance of all cases of damage claims after receipt of goods are solely at our discretion.
