    Speaker feature on the headset does not work!!!!! Low quality disappoints

    Extremely disappointed with this product :( The reason why as when I plug the jacks into the laptop I am unable to use the speaker feature! ! I brought this headset specifically for communicating when remotely working however the speaker function does not work and the end caller cannot hear me when I speak

    2nd hand fault I think

    Guess I should have bought from a shop, there is a connection problem on the right ear and need to tape the cable to prevent it moving. Also my laptop doesn’t have 2 ports for the pink and green plugs. I just assumed it would go into a usb or have one plug that did both. Doh!

    Adequate at the price.

    For speech this headset is adequate. My main gripe is that the microphone is hissy and no amount of settings tweaking will get rid of the effect
