To adjust the length ( as for mine it was a bit short) two small hex screws on the shaft ( very small) can be removed with the hex spanner ( or Alan key ) loosen and pull the shaft out a bit ! It worked for me. They seem cheap and weak but that is the point so the slow/break the impact before it impacts the lever! Hence why you get an extra pair 👩🏼👍
