I paid for 2 separate packs of 3 treatments for 2 of my clients - and paid the cost of 2 packs of 3 - seller sent 1 large pack of 6 which was £13 cheaper than buying 2 separate packs- had I wanted 1x6 I would have bought 1x6 - seller ignored my 2 attempts at contacting& request for refund of the difference - so over charged by £13 ! Very poor customer service ! fraudulent by charging more & sending lower valued item without refund ! Item supplied not as described!! Envelope says 2 packs !
