Ordered item and never received it. Not sure why the mailer didn't just put the item within the mailbox which is always accessible. Since I have been ordering for ebay I have only had two items never delivered. This is the 2nd item in more then 10 years. I sent a message to the seller telling them what occured all they did was copy and paste my building being inaccessible. That doesn't give the package deliver the right to keep my package.
