The cpu cooler wasn’t on, the gpu didn’t have the cable psi cable plugged in. So I went looking for the cable but it wasn’t there, then I tried to change the psu but there wasn’t a cable for the fans so now I have to go and spend $100aud just for the fans. Overall a negative experience, the seller also said that they tested it and that it worked well but it barely turned on. The package also came a day after the estimated delivery

Hi. I'm really sorry about the state you found your PC in. When the PC arrived, and you turned it on, what happened? I can see you said it 'barely' turned on, how did it 'barely' turn on? The case fans are not typical and don't plug into the motherboard. The fans connect to each other via their 4 pin connectors, before plugging into a singular PSU 4 pin connector to power them all simultaneously. Was the issue with the fans just cabling? Thank-you!
