I ordered a 7 1/2 wide. I received a 7 1/2 medium. Contacted seller they immediately answered check to see if they had what I ordered. They did not. They apologized. Said I could return it free of charge for a full refund or if I opted to keep it, they would refund me 50% of the price. I opted to keep the shoes they refunded me 50% of the price that day. Communication was excellent and quick and even though I didn’t get what I ordered I’m satisfied they’re a good company I’ll buy from them again
