The red The North Face jacket was lovely and arrived promptly. However it was a SP not S as advertised. Seller responded within minutes and was truly apologetic and a refund code was sent and item posted back the following morning. I guess due to Christmas post it might be a while for seller to get the parcel. But I'm confident of getting the full refund as agreed as soon as parcel gets delivered. There were no hassle and no stress at all and a superb Ebayer. Thank you :)
