Contacted seller, who immediately dispatched another complete shackle with bushes. This one had the same fault on the left hand thread bush. Contacted seller, who immediately offered to pay for having the issue rectified locally and pay for any work done, as they had no more stock. I declined the offer and decided to do the work myself. Pretty good service.
