I reached out to seller and they advised to wait until a certain date that was 2 weeks after order date. Seller took no responsibility to ensure the shipping company did not lose package. As agreed seller shipped a second pair. The second and first pair both scanned in and shipped together for some unknown reason. There were 2 separate shipments, but for some reason they arrived to buyer at same time. Pure coincidence. Buyer should look at dates on tracking.
