It could easily have been sent in a padded envelope (signed for) -$30 via USPS First Class lnternational, instead there was no notification as they claimed, had to figure out where it landed, pick it up ourselves and pay a $10'han indling' fee... Poor delivery took forever, costing double totalling $140. inconveniencing buyer and seller but profiting eBay, no doubt! Wouldn't have ordered, had we $hipping's more than price of a small item weighing a mere pound : ( ridiculous

this was a handbag, which I would never mail in a padded envelope.
I mailed this pkg the day after they paid, Ebay International shipping, which is stated in my listing.
I have ZERO control over how long it took to arrive where it was going. NOT ME.
I have been selling for over 25 years on Ebay and my customer service is top notch.
I'm sorry this was a delay issue with International shipping, but it was not because of
me.
