  • It's a Publisher's con

The main thing I have against this book is that it has exactly the same content as two previous books by Nick Harper - 'If it's broke, fix it' and 'The real man's guide to fixin' stuff'. Two of the books have exactly the same page numbers! I thought I would be buying three different books (I bought them at the same time), and there might be some overlap, but not to the extent of exact copies. It's like buying a novel called 'Great Expectations' and finding the text is exactly the same as a book you've just read entitled 'Oliver Twist', but with the names changed

  • Ok for diy beginners

Lots of very obvious suggestions, also often falls back on the concept that ultimately things are irreparable.
