1 DELIVERY
 
a) Most items listed will be dispatched the same day when bought before 12pm, large or heavy item may take up to 3 working days to post.
b) Our carriage is for UK Mainland only not including Northern & Southern Ireland, English Isles, Scottish Highlands & Isles and Overseas. Please ask for carriage charges to places other than UK Mainland.
c) Items are send with DHL or other Couriers whichever is more time and cost effective.
d) Overseas delivery - contact us for a quote and availability.
e) We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, proof of postage is always kept. If a problem arises we will do our best to help rectify the situation

6 RETURNS/REFUNDS
 
a) We offer 30 days to return the item for a refund.
b) In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty part, we offer an exchange or refund.
c) In case of a faulty, damage or wrongly sent item we will cover return postage.
d) Buyer is subject to pay postage or any other associated costs on any parts returned apart in case of a faulty, damaged or wrongly send item.
e) Labour cost will not be covered by us in any case.
