Customer did not know originally where cabin filter was located after purchasing item. Parts catalogue confirms with 10 manufacturers that supplied filter will fit vehicle. After Customer complaining, I then went out of my way to find location to fit supplied filter, shows as located underneath windscreen scuttle and to go check. Mahle have a fitting pdf for equivalent filter showing installation procedure.Responded to Customer's every message to try and help them. Beware this buyer!
