Beko washing machine that was delivered was exactly as described and shown on eBay, there was great communication about delivery times in advance and on the day including being able to track where the delivery was, 2 lovely friendly delivery staff, took to my room of choice and it was delivered at the time they said, described as new without box and came packaged up with all parts as shown on website, only the kickback plate missing which was shown on picture, would order from AO warehouse again
