Vacuum arrived - BUT - Evri left it on our doorstep in the pouring rain so it was soaked by the time we found it. We'll wait and see if the unit works after this ridiculous episode. We would STRONGLY advise sellers not to use this company as it could cost them for such fiascos if goods are damaged or stolen: disgraced Hermes by any other name? Happy with the seller in all other respects.
