The item contents were fine but the box was a mess - torn, crushed, very battered. I'd describe it as "heavily shop-soiled box" or the like. The seller claims it occured in transit but to me it looks like the gradual accumulation of damage that happens over a long period. This was bought to be part of a welcome to golf present for my husband but it's tatty appearance makes it unsuitable for gifting. Seller profits on postage too, but dispatch was quick. Overall disappointing.
