NICE SIZE EVEN FOR BIG DISHES
Good and easy to use. The microwave is quite wide, so if sitting on top of something else make sure you have at least 45cm foot rest space. Can stop tray rotation. The only down side is there are no minute increases, only seconds, but moves quite fast. Good screen enable viewing

Flimsy construction , internally very small despite it’s stated capacity.
Microwave arrived with no visible damage to the packaging but one of the support feet didn’t touch the ground because the frame of the microwave was so badly misshapen. Fortunately the seller took it straight back and refunded, but I was very disappointed with the quality of construction. The microwave is stated at 28 litres but was significantly internally smaller than the John Lewis item,it was bought to replace. The John Lewis unit is stated to be 27 litre, so the Samsung should be bigger. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it as it’s construction and it’s size gave me no confidence. The whole thing just felt cheap and poorly made. I subsequently purchased a Sharp microwave which is of far better construction and feels a far higher quality item generally.

Quite nice. Handle on door saves constantly cleaning the door of fingerprints. Good size. Coating of interior is excellent & easy to clean. Clock can be switched off, perhaps better if could just be dimmed. Not the most straightforward to operate. Would benefit from fewer but more useful automatic settngs (i.e. frozen veg. by weight). Due to it's awkward settings it would definitely benefit from the control panel being illuminated for evening use. Turntable juddery.

This won't be for everyone
Stopping the turntable is a useful feature but a big downside is the limited timer which only goes up to an hour. I would not have bought this if I had realized it beforehand. User guide provided offers very little operating information.

Great product....but
Great Microwave looking forward to using the yoghurt maker and other extras BUT instructional manual online. Unable to read as print too small on my phone. Tried to print the manual again too small and a bit blurry. Only have basic print functions from my mobile. Cant find an option to buy a manual either
