Contacted seller multiple times today to resolve, but in order to use companion certificate, Delta requires specific information from the original certificate holder that the seller is not willing to provide. Only other option is they have to call Delta and authorize me to use with me on the phone. At this point this companion pass is a waste of $155 dollars.
