Die gelieferte Ware war entweder eine Fehlproduktion oder eine Fälschung, jedenfalls ließen sich die Flohhalsbänder nicht schließen. Im Übrigen wird der falsche Hersteller auf der Verpackung angegeben. Die Verkäuferin antwortete jeweils schnell, aber nicht zielführend, meist mit der immer gleichen Nachricht, in der eine Teilerstattung angeboten wurde. Eine vollständige Rückerstattung erfolgte erst, nachdem ich eBay eingeschaltet habe.
