The DVD  recorder had a lot of problems. It was disappointing because I bought a manual and a remote for the unit. It’s possible it could’ve been damaged during shipping. It was packed well in rigid foam, but it didn’t have bubble wrap or crumpled up paper which would have absorbed vibration and jarring.
The seller responded quickly and communication went well making the refund a seamless transaction.
