It was described as a wax jacket however it wasn't like the wax jackets i thought it would be. It was late to arrive and sent to the delivered to the wrong address, nothing to do with the company, just bad drivers.a replacement was mailed and arrived later than the expected date. By then i wanted a refund after i discussed it with a member of staff. The quality was ok and maybe if it had arrived on time and no delays i might have thought differently.
