Absolutely terrible seller. I bought a budget mobile phone for my daughter described as new and unused. It arrived lightly scratched and dirty. I contacted the seller to suggest a partial refund only to be called a lier! They then started saying they took the phone to the shop to get wiped and had its condition assessed at the time… that doesn’t sound like a new phone to me. The phone was clearly lightly used and not terrible but I overpaid. Please don’t sell used items as new! Buyer Beware
