The Boots were as good or better than advertised. Ordered them Sunday they were shipped the next Morning and received 2 days later, William was helpful and answered all of my concerns. Listing stated shipped by Fed Ex or UPS; boots shipped USPS and took 18 days. Boots that arrived not same as in listing. Seller stated boots had sold, so substituted a “ better” pair. Seller did not contact to advise listed boots had sold. Boots that arrived were garbage and when seller was contacted refused multiple requests for an immediate refund and told me to deal with it via eBay. Unethical seller. Don’t trust that you will get what you actually pay for.

Customer lived in rural Alaska so we were limited to USPS for the shipment. i'm sorry it took 2 weeks - not our fault. His boots weren't available so we upgraded him to a much better lizard skin boots. I guess he didn't like the boots so he left all this nasty feedback. We refunded him with return shipping included losing $50 on the order plus al the extra work. We didn't deserve negative feedback. I asked Ebay to remove it.
